FUDCon Toronto 2009 Survey

This survey was developed to gather feedback from attendees of the December, 2009 FUDCon in Toronto.  The survey is designed for feedback from both in-person and FUDCon Live (via internet) attendees, as well as for those who were unable to attend, as we would like to understand why you were unable to attend.
